Sterile Visual Flow Indicator for Hygienic Applications, Tube OD 1/2

Designed to be mounted in-line for high purity hygienic applications, this sterile-design visual flow indicator provides an operator a clear view of flow of any process fluid or powder. Internally the glass tube is sealed into the mating flanges with flush-style unique O-ring seal that leaves no gaps trapping bacteria. Electropolished 316L stainless steel sanitary clamp connections are standard with Swagelock TS - style biopharma fittings. The tempered borosilicate glass tube is protected from external debris and pipe stress by an armored housing extending between the two TS fittings. This flow indicator can be used during SIP/CIP and sterilizing/autoclaving.Standard materials of construction include: Housing material is 316L Stainless Steel. Electropolished to SF4 (15 Ra Max); The tube is made from toughened borosilicate glass internally sealed into the housing with EPDM O-rings.
