Fuel Pipe Weldment with Sight Windows

Fuel pipe module to integrate into an overall assembly of such modules placed vertically on top of each other and hermetically sealed at the flanges. Top caps to allow for headspace between the membrane and the NPT outlet. Specified interior heights on the top cap, and on the bottom cap.

Fuel pipe weldment with Sight Windows installed. Mesh inlet ports admit fresh fuel samples at incremental heights throughout the entire stack.

Several pipe sections are stacked on top of each other and sealed with double O-rings at mating flanges.

Design Criteria:

• Process pressure: 200 psi
• Temperature at the inside the sight window: 150°C
• 304 or 316 stainless for the housing material.
• Borosilicate, quartz or sapphire window material.
• Petrochemical products compatible.
